Camping suspended until further notice.  Inquiries welcomed.

13/03/2008. Flood study completed & submission to Council.  It's a matter of waiting for results from Council and any Public Comments/Objections (which there is certain to be) and addressing any issues raised.

23/10/2007. Commmisioned work to be started on Flood Study of Left Hand Branch Road & it's 5 creek crossings.  This is final requirement for submission to council for consideration of our application.

17/09/2007. On site meeting with council. Unfortunately, 2 of the representitives from Council's Development Assessment (Engineering Section) failed to show up.  However, some positive things did arrive out of this.

22/06/2007. Camping suspended indefinitely pending approval (or not !) of application to council.13/03/2007. Still waiting for council approval .

10/05/2006.  Application to open camping facilities submitted to council.  It has taken all this time to gather all relevant information, details and studies commisioned etc to prepare the requirements for submission to council................fingers crossed !!!

29/12/2005.  At present, the process of preparing for application to Local Council for approval to build permanent toilet facilities is in progress.  This will incorporate a self contained sewerage treatment and recycling plant which will be completely environmentally friendly.  Indications of time taken to get approval is anything from 6 - 12 months.  This is even before construction can be commenced.  During this period, we ask for your patience and we will endeavour to make things as convenient and comfortable as possible for you.  In the mean time, you can still enjoy our peaceful rural environment.
